Occupied Territories

The territories that Israel has militarily occupied since the Naksa (1967 war), namely the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt)—the Gaza Strip and West Bank (including East Jerusalem)—and the Syrian Golan Heights. The occupied status of these territories is recognized by the International Court of Justice,[1] the UN Security Council,[2] and even Israel’s own Supreme Court.[3]
